Michael Mc Caughan, curator of this website, has published widely on the history and culture of Titanic.

The construction of the great liner in Belfast is described and illustrated in his book 'The Birth of Titanic' (1998) published in Belfast by Blackstaff Press and in North America by McGill Queens University Press.

The book draws on the photographic collections of the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum and is published in association with the National Museums Northern Ireland.
